2. Simply type the shitty thing in to your browser, with periods between the words. Add IsShitty.com to the end. Like this, My.Neighbor.IsShitty.com

3. Press enter and viola! An instant web page proclaiming how shitty my neighbor is!

4. Email it around to all your friends! Here's an example:
